All shipping costs are automatically calculated by our shipping partners and Tweedside Road reserves the right to re-quote shipping costs if we discover the actual fees vary considerably from those calculated at checkout. You will be notified of any cost changes and have to ability to approve them before your order is shipped.

In the very rare event that we run out of something included in your order, you will be contacted and issued a full refund for that product(s) when your order ships.
